A leading acute care hospital in western Illinois is now seeking an experienced Licensed Physical Therapist to join their award-winning healthcare team.

Reporting to the Director Rehabilitative Services, the Licensed Physical Therapist will provide direct patient care in an inpatient setting. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate patient documentation, developing personalized physical therapy plans, monitors patient treatments and response to treatments, consults with physician teams, provides instruction on home care, assists with training in-house clinical staff, supervises the Physical Therapy Assistants, and serves as an active member in the department quality control program.
